الإتفاق على المخاطر المحتملة 

لقد تقدمت بطلب المشاركة في الرحلة التي قمت بالتسجيل بها ، وأنا أشارك طواعية في هذه المغامرة الرياضية مع معرفة المخاطر العديدة و المخاطر التي تنطوي عليها ، والتي تشمل على سبيل المثال: الأخطار والمخاطر الكامنة في أنشطة رحلات المغامرات؛ الإهمال بأي شكل من الأشكال من جانب الشركة؛ الصدمات العاطفية ؛التشوه ؛مؤقت أو إعاقة دائمة ،بما في ذلك الشلل؛ الموت؛ مخاطر السفر في المناطق النائية أو غير الآمنة أوالمناطق غير مستقرة سياسيا أو في ظل ظروف غير آمنة؛ مخاطر الاضطرابات والحروب الأهلية؛ قوى الطبيعة؛ أعطال النقل؛ تعطل المعدات؛ الحوادث أو الأمراض في الأماكن النائية دون الوصول إلى المرافق الطبية، النقل، أو وسائل الإخلاء والمساعدة؛ أحداث غير متوقعة؛ أنشطة إرهابية، اضطرابات اجتماعية أو عمالية؛ ميكانيكية أو فشل أو صعوبات البناء؛ الأمراض؛ القوانين المحلية؛ الظروف المناخية؛ الظروف غير الطبيعية أو التطورات؛ أو أي إجراءات أو سهو أو شروط خارجة عن سيطرة عمان هايكس.

 أقر بأن الرحلات على ارتفاعات عالية تنطوي على مخاطر معروفة وغير متوقعة يمكن أن تؤدي إلى أضرار جسدية أو عاطفية أو الشلل أو الوفاة أو الأضرار التي لحقت بنفسي أو بالممتلكات أو لأطراف ثالثة. 

أدرك أن مثل هذه المخاطر لا يمكن القضاء عليها ببساطة دون تعريض السمات الأساسية للنشاط للخطر. وتشمل المخاطر ، من بين أمور أخرى: مرض الجبال الحاد الذي يمكن أن يتصاعد أكثر إلى الوذمة الرئوية عالية الارتفاع أو الوذمة الدماغية عالية الارتفاع ، التعرض لعناصر الطبيعة يمكن أن تكون غير مريحة و/أو ضارة، وأنا أدرك أن هذا التعرض يمكن أن يسبب حروق الشمس والجفاف، استنفاد الحرارة، والسكتة الدماغية، وتشنجات الحرارة. كما أن التعرض لفترات طويلة للبرد يمكن أن يؤدي إلى انخفاض حرارة الجسم ، الصقيع أو قضمة الصقيع ، والتي يمكن أن تتسبب في الوفاة، التعرض للحياة البرية الخطرة، الحشرات، النباتات، سقوط الصخور، الانهيارات الأرضية، الغرق، الانزلاقات الأرضية والسقوط على الثلوج والجليد.

 أدرك تماما أنه لا يمكن لأحد التنبؤ بالطقس والتضاريس أو الارتفاعات بدقة ،٪١٠٠ وأنا على دراية بقواعد وتعليمات السلامة الأساسية فيما يتعلق بأنشطة الرحلات هذه. وأنا أفهم أيضًا أنه ليس الغرض من ذلك لتعليم قواعد السلامة، وأنا أفهم أيضًا أنني مسؤول عن السلامة والأستخدام الجيد للمعدات المساعدة في المشي الجبلي.

 التحضير 

أتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الاستعداد البدني لهذه الرحلة على النحو المنصوص عليه في معايير الأهلية للرحلة. 

الإقرار بالصحة الجيدة 

أشهد بأنني بصحة جيدة ، وليس لدي أي حالات مرضية، عقلية، جسدية من شأنها أن تؤثر على قدرتي على السفر و/ أو المشاركة في رحلة مشي جبلي ولم يتم نصحي بخلاف ذلك من قبل أي طبيب ممارس، وأقر بأن مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) ليسوا مسؤولين عن أي تكاليف تتعلق برعايتي الطبية أثناء الرحلة أو بعدها.

 إخلاء المسؤولية 

كإعتبار قانوني للحق للمشاركة في الرحلة ، وكجزء من الدفع مقابل الخدمات التي يتم ترتيبها لي من قبل مؤسسة ً المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس)، أوافق على أن أكون مسؤولا عن نفسي وعلى علم تام بالمخاطر المذكورة أعلاه كاعتبار قانوني ، وكجزء من الدفع مقابل الحق في المشاركة في الرحلة ، وكجزء من الدفع مقابل الخدمات التي رتبتها لي مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس)، أوافق بشكل صريح على إخلاء مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) من المسؤولية بما يتضمن مالكوها ، موظفوها ، والهيئات التابعة لها والوكلاء والممثلين والمديرين والمنتسبين والمتطوعين والمعينين من وضد أي مسؤولية ،أفعال ،أسباب أفعال، ديون دعاوى ،مطالبات ومتطلبات من أي نوع  أيا كان ما لدي الآن أو الذي قد ينشأ فيما بعد من أو فيما يتعلق برحلتي مع مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس).

 أوافق على أن شروط هذا الاتفاق ستستخدم كإخلاء تام وكامل وتصريح واضح لـ أي خطر على نفسي ، وجميع أفراد عائلتي الذين يسافرون معي من أي مسؤولية.

 التعويض 

أوافق كذلك على عدم المطالبة من قبلي أو أي شخص ، بما في ذلك القصر ، والناشئة كليا أو جزئيا من الإصابة أو غيرها من الخسائر التي لحقت بي أو بسببها فيما يتعلق بالحملة أو مشاركتي في الرحلة.

الموافقة على بروتوكولات السلامة على الرحلة

 أ. ً أتفهم أن هناك فرصا لأشعر بآثار مرض الارتفاع و نقص الأكسجين أثناء هذه الرحلة، أدرك أن قائد الرحلة قد يعتبرها غير آمنة بالنسبة لي لمواصلة الرحلة في أي وقت، ويصدر بأمر انزالي الى ارتفاع أو مستوى أقل.

ب. أدرك أن قائد الرحلة سيقوم بإجراء فحوصات طبية روتينية في جميع المخيمات أو بعضها لقياس تشبع الأكسجين والنبض وضغط الدم ، وأنا أفهم أن مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) تحتفظ لنفسها بالحق في استبعاد أي من المغامرين من الصعود لمستوى أعلى دون استرداد نقدي إذا كانت القراءات الحيوية للأكسجين أقل من المقبولة .

ج. أنا أفهم أن هذا النوع من الرحلات يكون على ارتفاع عالي مع التضاريس الوعرة ،الصخرية والثلجية. أنا أفهم أن مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) لديها الحق في منع أي مشارك من أكمال المسار إذا رأى قائد الرحلة أن المشارك لا يستطيع إكمال المسار. أنا على يقين تام بمستوى لياقتي وبالمستوى المطلوب لأكمال المسار.

 د. أفهم أن الشرب والتدخين وتعاطي أي أدوية ممنوع منعا باتا ،أفهم تماما في حالة تم ضبطي بتعاطي أي نوع من المخدرات سوف يتم إرجاعي من المسار.

ه. أفهم تماما اني يجب أن اتحلى بروح الفريق الواحد، ويجب علي احترام كافة اعضاء الرحلة، وفي حالة الاعتداء اللفظي او الجسدي على أي عضو، او تعريض المجموعة للخطر، فان موسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) ممثلة بقائد الرحلة لها الحق في منع أي مشارك من مواصلة المسار، بدون المطالبة بأي تعويضات نقدية.

 لقد قرأت وفهمت بعناية الأحكام والنتائج القانونية لهذا الاتفاق ، وأنا أوافق بموجب هذا على جميع شروطه ، وأنا ً أوافق على ذلك ، إن وجد أي شيء خارج هذه الاتفاقية يعتبر باطلا وغير قابل للتنفيذ.

 أدرك أنه عند حساب تكلفة الرحلة ، اعتمدت مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) على موافقتي لهذه الشروط وقابليتها للتنفيذ ، فبدون هذا الاتفاق ، لن تتمكن مؤسسة المواطن العالمي (عمان هايكس) من تقديم هذه الخدمات.

الإيداع والدفع
يجب أن يتم دفع كامل المبلغ دون تأخير أو اقتطاع بموعد أقصاه شهر قبل موعد السفر.

 البرنامج
ستبذل عمان هايكس قصارى جهدها لضمان انطلاق البرنامج واستمراره للمدة المحددة، وعلى المشارك أن يتفهم ويوافق على إمكانية تعديل جدول البرنامج أو تأجيله أو إلغائه لأسباب خارجة عن إرادة الشركة. وفي هذه الحالة يتنازل مقدم الطلب عن جميع المطالبات ضد عمان هايكس, وستبذل الشركة قصارى جهدها لإبلاغ المشاركين بأي تغيرات تطرأ على البرنامج في أقرب وقت ممكن.

– يؤكد مقدم الطلب بنفسه  أنه:
(أ) يلتزم بجدول البرنامج المحدد بوضوح في منشورات الشركة وعلى موقعها الالكتروني.
(ب) يتعهد بالإبلاغ بشكل مسبق عن أي تغيير مقصود على البرنامج من قِبل المشاركين مع طلب الحصول على الموافقة عليه قبل أربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل من خلال فريق قيادة عمان هايكس المتواجد في الموقع.
(ج) يوافق على أن الأنشطة السياحية المُدرجة في البرنامج قد تخضع لرسوم إضافية وقد تتغير من وقت لآخر.
(د) لا يمكنه دعوة ضيوف إضافيين (خارج البرنامج) للإقامة في مكان الإقامة الذي توفره عمان هايكس أو استئجاره أو نقله أو تحقيق مكاسب تجارية منه.
(هـ) يمكن أن يتم تغيير أو استبدال خيارات الإقامة الموضحة في المواد والنشرات والإعلانات والمواد التسويقية وفقًا لتقديرات عمان هايكس الخاصة. ولا تقدم الشركة أي ضمانات أو تأكيدات فيما يتعلق بالإقامة.
(و) يتحمل وحده المسؤولية عن تكلفة أية أضرار يلحقها بمكان إقامته أو محتويات أماكن الإقامة أثناء إقامته. كما ويجب أن يفي مقدم الطلب بهذه الرسوم ويقوم بدفعها فورًا عند طلبها من قِبل عمان هايكس.
(ز) سيتم توفير وجبات يومية ضمن البرنامج. وإذا قام مقدم الطلب بطلب أي وجبات إضافية أو خاصة أو خفيفة أو مرطبات، فسيكون ذلك على حسابه الخاص.
(ح) يفهم تمامًا ويوافق على أنه، في بعض الأحيان، يمكن تنفيذ أنشطة البرنامج في منطقة قد تكون فيها معايير الإقامة والتوصيل والسلامة والنظافة والمرافق الطبية والبنى التحتية الأخرى أقل من توقعاته، لذا عليه أن يتحمل المسؤولية عن إجراء البحوث الخاصة به قبل تقديم الطلب.

– تقر الأطراف وتوافق على أنه يجب أن تتم ترتيبات الإقامة الخاصة بالبرنامج بناءً على أساس الشراكة وتعدد الاستخدامات، وأن يتم توزيع زملائهم أو إعادة توزيعهم في الغرفة أو الخيم وفقًا لتقديرات عمان هايكس وحدها، ولن يحق لمقدم الطلب والمشاركين تقديم أي مطالبات في هذا الشأن.

– يمكن أن تقوم عمان هايكس, ولكنها غير ملزمة، بتقديم المشورة بشأن متطلبات التأشيرة والسفر بقدر الإمكان، ومع ذلك، يتحمل مقدم الطلب المسؤولية عن التحقق من معلومات السفر ذات الصلة (بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، التطعيمات، والتأشيرات، وشركات الطيران، وما إلى ذلك) مع السفارة التابعة لكل مشارك قبل تسجيل الطلب.

– يجب أن تُؤخذ مسارات كل برنامج كمؤشر لما يجب أن ينجزه فريق المغامرين, وليس كالتزام تعاقدي نيابةً عن عمان هايكس. قد تكون التغييرات في مسار البرنامج ناجمة عن الظروف المحلية أو السياسية، أو إلغاء الرحلات، أو الأعطال الميكانيكية، أو حالة الطقس، أو التقييدات على الحدود، أو الأمراض، أو أي ظروف أخرى غير متوقعة.

سياسة الإلغاء والتعويض 

نحن نقدر الإزعاج الناتج عن إلغاء رحلة هايك, أو عدم القدرة على السفر. كمغامرين شغوفين بالمشي الجبلي والتخييم, وبعد أشهر من التدريب والاستعداد النفسي, آخر ما تفكر فيه هو إلغاء الرحلة او الانسحاب منها في الميل الأخير. لذلك صممنا سياسة إلغاء صديقة للمغامرين.

سياسة التعويض 

رسوم التسجيل لجميع رحلاتنا 100 غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

الانسحاب قبل 50 يوم من موعد الرحلة: التعويض بمبلغ الرحلة يخصم منه نفقات التذاكر والفيزا -إن وجدت- و٪15 رسوم انسحاب.

الانسحاب قبل ٣٠ يوم من موعد الرحلة: التعويض بمبلغ الرحلة يخصم منه نفقات التذاكر والفيزا -إن وجدت- و٪30 رسوم انسحاب.

 الانسحاب خلال ١٥-٢٩ يوم من الرحلة: التعويض بمبلغ الرحلة يخصم منه نفقات التذاكر والفيزا -إن وجدت- و٪50 رسوم انسحاب.

الانسحاب خلال ١-١٤ يوم من الرحلة: التعويض بمبلغ الرحلة يخصم منه نفقات التذاكر والفيزا -إن وجدت- و٪70 رسوم انسحاب. 

الانسحاب في يوم الرحلة: أو عدم الحضور نهائيا: لا يوجد أي تعويض مادي.

سياسة التعويض في حالة إلغاء عمان هايكس للرحلة 

نحن عادة لا نقوم بإلغاء رحلاتنا, لكن في حالات نادرة يمكن لظروف خارجة عن الإرادة أن تدفعنا لإلغاء الرحلات, كالحالات الطبيعية (الامطار الغزيرة – الثلج – العواصف الثلجية – العواصف الرعدية – الفيضانات – الانجرافات الأرضية – الزلازل – أو أي ظروف طبيعية أخرى). أو ظروف سياسية غير متوقعة (كالحروب – والنزاعات – والاغلاقات السياسية – المظاهرات العنيفة أو أي اضطرابات قد تأثر على الرحلة أو تهدد سلامة المشاركين فيها ) 

سنقوم بتعويض المشاركين بالكامل عن المبالغ المدفوعة -يخصم منها المبالغ غير المسترجعة كالتذاكر والفيزا 

ملاحظة :١ إذا اضطرت المجموعة لإنهاء الرحلة بعد بداية الرحلة, أو بعد تجاوز مخيم أو اثنين – لظروف طبيعية خارجة عن السيطرة,- يحق لعمان هايكس تغيير مسار الرحلة أو البحث عن بديل مشابه للمسار الرئيسي أو أي أنشطة تتوافق مع الهدف العام للرحلة.

ملاحظة :٢ لا نقوم بتعويض أو تحمل نفقات أو أي مصاريف أخرى لأي مغامر يضطر الى إنهاء المسار بسبب ظروف صحية أو عدم القدرة على مواصلة الرحلة لضعف اللياقة. وعليه تحمل كافة المصاريف الناتجة عن اختياره إنهاء رحلته.

ملاحظة 3:  يتم تطبيق رسوم قدرها 50 ريالاً في حالة رغب المغامر في تعديل الطلب (سواء فيما يتعلق بالوجهة أو التوقيت ).

أوافق على أن الإرسال الإلكتروني لهذه الاتفاقية يعتبر تنفيذ من الاتفاق الأصلي أوافق على أن النقل الإلكتروني للنسخة المنفذة من هذه الاتفاقية يشكل قبولا لهذه الاتفاقية.

Refund/Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy. 

**Agreement on Potential Risks**

I have applied to participate in the trip I registered for, and I voluntarily partake in this adventure with full awareness of the numerous risks involved, which include, but are not limited to: hazards inherent in adventure travel activities; any form of negligence on the part of the company; emotional trauma; disfigurement; temporary or permanent disability, including paralysis; death; risks associated with traveling in remote or unsafe areas, politically unstable regions, or under unsafe conditions; risks of disturbances and civil wars; natural forces; transportation failures; equipment malfunctions; accidents or illnesses in remote locations without access to medical facilities, transportation, or evacuation and assistance; unforeseen events; terrorist activities, social or labor disturbances; mechanical or construction failures or difficulties; diseases; local laws; weather conditions; abnormal conditions or developments; or any actions, omissions, or conditions beyond the control of Oman Hikes.

I acknowledge that high-altitude hikes involve known and unforeseen risks that can result in physical or emotional harm, paralysis, death, or damage to myself or my property or to third parties. I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential characteristics of the activity. Risks include, but are not limited to: acute mountain sickness that may escalate to high-altitude pulmonary edema or high-altitude cerebral edema, exposure to natural elements which can be uncomfortable and/or harmful, sunburn and dehydration, heat exhaustion, heatstroke, and cramps. Prolonged exposure to cold can lead to hypothermia, frostbite, or frostnip, which can cause death; exposure to dangerous wildlife, insects, plants, falling rocks, landslides, drowning, landslides, and falls on snow and ice.

I fully understand that no one can predict the weather, terrain, or altitudes with 100% accuracy, and I am aware of the basic safety rules and instructions related to these hiking activities. I also understand that this agreement does not serve to teach safety rules, and I am responsible for the safe use and proper handling of mountain hiking equipment.

**Preparation**

I assume full responsibility for my physical preparation for this trip as stipulated in the trip eligibility criteria.

**Health Declaration**

I attest that I am in good health, have no medical, mental, or physical conditions that would affect my ability to travel and/or participate in a mountain hiking trip, and have not been advised otherwise by any practicing physician. I acknowledge that the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) is not responsible for any costs related to my medical care during or after the trip.

**Liability Waiver**

In consideration for the right to participate in the trip and as part of the payment for the services arranged for me by the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes), I agree to hold myself responsible and fully aware of the aforementioned risks as a legal consideration, and as part of the payment for the right to participate in the trip and for the services arranged by the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes), I explicitly agree to release the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, directors, members, volunteers, and appointees from any liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, demands, and requirements of any kind now or in the future arising out of or related to my trip with the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes). I agree that the terms of this agreement will serve as a complete and final waiver and release of any risk to myself and all members of my family traveling with me from any liability.

**Indemnity**

I also agree not to make any claims against the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) or any person, including minors, arising wholly or partly from injury or other losses suffered by me or due to my participation in the trip.

**Agreement to Trip Safety Protocols**

1. I understand that there are opportunities to experience altitude sickness and oxygen deficiency during this trip. I acknowledge that the trip leader may deem it unsafe for me to continue at any time and may issue an order to descend to a lower altitude or level.

1. I understand that the trip leader will conduct routine medical checks at all or some camps to measure oxygen saturation, pulse, and blood pressure. I understand that the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) reserves the right to exclude any adventurer from ascending to higher levels without a refund if oxygen readings are below acceptable levels.

1. I understand that this type of trip involves high altitudes with rugged, rocky, and snowy terrain. I understand that the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) has the right to prevent any participant from completing the trail if the trip leader deems that the participant cannot complete it. I am fully aware of my fitness level and the level required to complete the trail.

1. I understand that drinking, smoking, and using any drugs are strictly prohibited. I fully understand that if I am caught using any type of drugs, I will be removed from the trail.

1. I fully understand that I must exhibit team spirit and respect all members of the trip. In the case of verbal or physical abuse of any member or endangering the group, the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes), represented by the trip leader, has the right to prevent any participant from continuing the trail without any monetary compensation.

I have read and carefully understood the legal terms and implications of this agreement and hereby agree to all its terms. I acknowledge that any terms outside this agreement are void and unenforceable. I understand that the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) relied on my acceptance of these terms and their enforceability when calculating the cost of the trip; without this agreement, the Global Citizen Foundation (Oman Hikes) would not be able to provide these services.

**Deposit and Payment**

The full amount must be paid without delay or deduction at least one month before the departure date.

**Program**

Oman Hikes will make every effort to ensure that the program starts and continues for the specified duration. The participant must understand and agree to the possibility of changes to the program schedule, postponements, or cancellations for reasons beyond the company’s control. In such cases, the applicant waives all claims against Oman Hikes, and the company will make every effort to inform participants of any changes to the program as soon as possible.

– The applicant confirms that:

  (A) They adhere to the program schedule clearly outlined in the company’s publications and on its website.

  (B) They will report any intended changes to the program by participants in advance and seek approval at least twenty-four hours beforehand from the Oman Hikes leadership team on-site.

  (C) They agree that the tourist activities listed in the program may be subject to additional fees and may change from time to time.

  (D) They cannot invite additional guests (outside the program) to stay at the accommodation provided by Oman Hikes or rent, transport, or profit from it.

  (E) Accommodation options described in materials, publications, and marketing materials may be changed or replaced at Oman Hikes’ discretion. The company provides no guarantees or assurances regarding accommodation.

  (F) They are solely responsible for any damage they cause to their accommodation or its contents during their stay. The applicant must cover these charges immediately upon request by Oman Hikes.

  (G) Daily meals will be provided within the program. If the applicant requests additional or special meals, snacks, or refreshments, these will be at their own expense.

  (H) They fully understand and agree that, sometimes, program activities may take place in areas where accommodation, transportation, safety, cleanliness, medical facilities, and other infrastructure may fall short of their expectations. Therefore, they must take responsibility for their own research before applying.

– The parties acknowledge and agree that program accommodation arrangements are based on partnership and multi-use principles and that participants may be distributed or redistributed in rooms or tents at Oman Hikes’ sole discretion. The applicant and participants shall not make any claims in this regard.

– Oman Hikes may, but is not obligated to, provide advice on visa and travel requirements as much as possible. However, the applicant is responsible for verifying relevant travel information (including but not limited to vaccinations, visas, airlines, etc.) with each participant’s embassy before submitting the application.

– The routes of each program should be taken as an indicator of what the adventure team is expected to achieve, and not as a contractual obligation on behalf of Oman Hikes. Changes to the program route may occur due to local or political conditions, flight cancellations, mechanical failures, weather conditions, border restrictions, illnesses, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

**Cancellation and Compensation Policy**

We understand the inconvenience caused by trip cancellations or the inability to travel. As passionate mountain hikers and campers, the last thing you want after months of training and mental preparation is to cancel or withdraw from the trip at the last moment. Therefore, we have designed a traveler-friendly cancellation policy.

**Compensation Policy**

Registration fees for all our trips are non-refundable.

– Withdrawal more than 50 days before the trip: Refund of the trip amount minus ticket and visa expenses (if any) and 15% withdrawal fee.

– Withdrawal 30 days before the trip: Refund of the trip amount minus ticket and visa expenses (if any) and 30% withdrawal fee.

– Withdrawal 15-29 days before the trip: Refund of the trip amount minus ticket and visa expenses (if any) and 50% withdrawal fee.

– Withdrawal 1-14 days before the trip: Refund of the trip amount minus ticket and visa expenses (if any) and 70% withdrawal fee.

– Withdrawal on the day of the trip or no-show: No monetary refund.

**Compensation Policy in Case of Oman Hikes Cancelling the Trip**

We generally do not cancel our trips; however, in rare cases, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate trip cancellations, such as natural events (heavy rain, snow, snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, or other natural conditions) or unexpected political conditions (wars, conflicts, political closures, violent demonstrations, or any disturbances that could affect the trip or threaten the safety of participants).

In such cases, we will provide full refunds to participants for the amounts paid, minus non-refundable expenses such as tickets and visas.

**Note 1:** If the group must terminate the trip after its commencement or after passing one or two camps due to uncontrollable natural conditions, Oman Hikes reserves the right to alter the trip route or seek an alternative similar to the main route or any activities that align with the overall objective of the trip.

**Note 2:** We do not provide compensation or cover expenses for any adventurer who has to terminate the trail due to health conditions or inability to continue the trip due to poor fitness. They will be responsible for all costs incurred due to their choice to end the trip.

**Note 3:** A fee of 50 Riyals will be charged if an adventurer wishes to modify their request (whether related to destination or timing).

I agree that electronic submission of this agreement constitutes execution of the original agreement. I agree that the electronic transmission of the executed version of this agreement constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
