Acknowledgement of Potential Risks

Participation in mountain trekking trips is a voluntary sporting adventure that involves known and unforeseen risks, including, for example: the risks of adventure activities, travel in remote or unstable areas, forces of nature, equipment or transport failure, and accidents or illness in places where rapid access to medical care or evacuation may be difficult.

I also acknowledge that high-altitude trips involve risks that may include altitude sickness, exposure to the elements (sunburn, dehydration, heat stress, hypothermia), and rugged terrain. I understand that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated without compromising the essence of the experience.

Preparation and Declaration of Health

I take full responsibility for my physical readiness in line with the fitness requirements published for each trip. I declare that I am in good health, with no conditions preventing me from taking part in a mountain trekking trip, and that I must review the gear list and instructions for each trip before departure.

Emergencies and Route Changes

In emergencies (weather or field conditions), the route or programme may change, and we make sure you are prepared for this in advance.

By agreeing to this acknowledgement before booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the Risk & Cancellation Policy and the fitness requirements for this trip.
